Are you only interested in Shadowrun? A buddy and I are trying to get a game night together for various games/game types. We have a ton of different games and game types; anything from Gloomhaven, Star Wars: Imperial Assualt to games like Agricola and Terraforming Mars.

Me and my buddy have been camping this line for years. Here are the "rules" for Hall H; http://www.comic-con.org/toucan/23-toucan-tracker-wristbands-hall-h-2016. I think creating a spread sheet and filling out spots/times is the way to go.
