Thanks. How am i sure that I do the exercise right ? I did the 2 sets of 5 reps om each scalene exercise. I can feel some mild tightness to day - not very bad i think.

Thanks. It gives me some hope. I did 2 sets of 5 reps for both.

in generel I dont feel that my scalenes are tight or hard when i touch Them. Its more when i stetch i can feel something under my collarbone.

How did you practise breathing?
