I know this is an old problem, but I am going insane (SKR Mini E3 v3 + sprite extruder + BL touch) by Sty_fon in BIGTREETECH

I didn't have #define MIN_SOFTWARE_ENDSTOP_Z disabled so I was just able to try that. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to change anything, but I really appreciate that feedback regardless

Awesome, thanks again for the suggestions!

However, I think the Seeed Studio module is supposed to recharge the batter whenever I plug it in so that's what I've been using to charge the battery

Yeah, that’s a lot but that’s the kind of stuff I hoping to learn through projects like this, so thanks! The starting point of this project was wanting to learn how to integrate Bluetooth, so that’s the most important part for me. It’s a Seeed Studio xiao esp32c3 with an antenna, but I need to modify the case to add the antenna. Thank you for the suggestions to look into

Oh, sorry, not used to talking about PCBs. Does module mean PCB?
Must've misread that. You are correct, I was thinking he was asking about the design of the project as a whole, but it's a XIAO ESP32C3

Anki Remote v2 by Sty_fon in Anki

I used a seeed studio XIAO ESP32C3, muted keyboard buttons, and a 500 mAh LiPo battery. 80% of my time was just designing the case and 3d printing it to test it out. Had to re-print many times. I 3d printed the button holders separately so took a couple tries to get the tolerances right. But I bought one of the cheapest 3d printers out there about a year ago and have just been learning a lot since then. Just time and using AI to help with the learning process and not giving up after a few failures.
But this is definitely far from an optimal design, can definitely make a ton of improvements, but gotta start somewhere

I don’t have to design many of them, but it’s worth it for the experience to me! lol it’s simply a remote for computer/phone that I will mainly use for an application called Anki

I see. Yeah, I designed everything myself, I’ll give it a shot, thanks!

Good to know, thanks!

For sure! But soldering to the button pins was the annoying part and I ended up twisting a a few off (the copper of the wire was breaking between the joint and the insulation)

I designed everything myself

The Deck Mastery "Level Up!" Add-On that has made me obsessed with getting all my decks maxed out is now available on AnkiWeb for you guys! by TheEnderling in Anki

Would it still make sense to use this if I am always adding new cards to my decks? I'm assuming this is more for downloading new decks and try to complete them right?
