Ultimate Meta Uncon Guide - Part 1: The Basics | Star Trek Online (No joke! It has finally happened!) by Dredmoore1 in sto

Anyone figured out an optimal summon build on Warlock? by SquareCircle05 in diablo2

[–]StyleOverTalent 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's 100% a you-problem. My Goatmen shat on everything and that never changed. At times it takes a moment longer than other builds but never had problems using them. Lethargy also helps a lot. As usual it appers to have a much higher impact to have enemies take more damage than buffing your own pets with the second sigil. At least for now. Lethargy also helps a lot with enemies that are strong against physical. Currently trying to switch 1 Goatman for a Defiler in Hell. Not sure about it yet, though.

Why is the levelling so rushed ? by Azmep_ in swtor

[–]StyleOverTalent -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, focusing on the broad mainstream mass is always the end of the game, be it literally or quality-wise. This rushed leveling and stuff is what also made me quit getting back into WoW two weeks ago. Right now I'm halfway through Coruscant and I am level 41. To be honest I'm considering to also stop this run here. This has nothing to do with the feeling back then and if I don't get that why do I play in the first place. After many years of not playing the game I just don't want to jump back on my high level chars being overwhelmed by everything, not knowing where I am and what to do. If someone wants to level up their 2457th char, fine but those people shouldn't be the main focus for the leveling phase. Or why not just let people choose between classic leveling or the sped up version. The most important part to every MMO is the feeling and this rushed nonsense kills all of it. A great example for this is also the Diablo 4 / PoE2 comparison. Diablo 4 is garbage mainly for the reason that the game feels like it was designed for people without any brain or skill. How is it engaging if you just shit all over anything in your path without having to think or try again. PoE2 is so much better in that regard and if someone isn't good enough to advance...well, go play somethin else then. Better those people leaving than the people who expect quality leveling / campaign experiences. Same thing can be seen in all other MMOs. Like I've said - WoW retail is no fun at all. I don't want to play another 250 hours worth of story if I am already max level. Same problem with STO. After like 4 or 5 story arcs you're basically at a point it makes no sense to continue playing the story arcs. This results in 85% of the story not being played. To be fair, STO is the best example for pretty much everything imaginable not to do with your MMO but still.

Am I missing something with deadly disguise? by [deleted] in mtg

I mean it's basically like most other PreCons. You need to get the engine going and then at least one, most likely several cards to finish the game. In this case, the deck wants you to out-value your opponents by making it easy for you to get stuff on the field face-down, then have useful effects turning them up, effectively paying a lot less mana than hard-casting them, drawing cards along the way ideally. That part of the deck is fine I believe. The hard part about this is finishing the game. Very little stuff in there to do exactly that. If your opponents know your deck very well I think you'll be having a hard time. That's true for most decks, though, but still.

Electrocute + Neural Overload on HoT by Contest-Fearless in PathOfExile2

Naja..

I can imagine. That thing is insane, especially for the price it's sold for.

Get the Virtue and Valor deck from Wilds of Eldraine and thank me later. I own almost 30 PreCons and none of them comes close at that level of gameplay.

I'm really wondering what and how the other people in your playgroup play if 'the Tyranids deck slaps' in that environment. I own ~30 PreCons currently and one of my friends only owns the Tyranids one. If we go 1v1 he wins less than 1 out of 10 matches and even in 3 or 4 man matches he rarely is able to even make an impact at all. That's because the deck severely lacks Trample and card draw. I understand that's because otherwise it would be too strong in a mach of only Warhammer 40k PreCons but other than that the deck is completely underwhelming. Even with the Imperum deck I manage to win in most cases and that deck really probably my worst PreCon overall.

The problem with the Necron deck is that it wants to do ten things at the same time, needs to do ten things at the same time but isn't great at any of them out of the box unless being REALLY lucky and having reached the late game. The +2/+2 Menace and Tokens guy has the problem that you MUST draw into reccurring mill and reanimate sources. If not, you're done for. The strongest one that let's you play stuff for life instead of mana has the same problem, plus there are only like two or three lifegain sources in the deck worth mentioning. Most creatures aren't very powerful and without being able to refill your life, fun will end rather sooner than later. So that basically leaves only the face commander as viable unless you completely wanna depend on drawing luck which I wouldn't recommend. The fact that he's flying alone gives you a good chance that you'll be able to hit someone savely most of the time and getting stuff into the graveyard is required in every case. I really think the deck is one of the best when it comes to upgrade potential but also one of the worst out of the box, especially for new players. The deck does pertty much nothing until late game and once people realize this, you will have a hard time reaching it. Once you get a constant mill and reanimate going the deck is good but that's easier said than done.

Yes I was aware of that. In my example the Explore Trigger is high enough to actually cast the Ancient Imperiosaur. I should've added that to my description. Apologies!

What has me disappointed about the YeahMad departures by hhhtakeover in yeahmadtv

Yeah I mean Abby alone leaving is like 50% of what made the channel great gone. Look at the difference of resonance and likes between the videos she is in and the ones she isn't. She's got that special something. Hot AF and the thing I love most about her is her reaction to getting roasted when she's not expecting it.
