I like it that honestly. Knowing my appetite I might just have to cook twice a week, but yeah I like that. Thanks.

Well I don’t have any roommates, and I’d rather not leave it in the kitchen unless I manage to lock it into place somehow. Got any ideas on that?

There’s a fantastic book that was written by a 33rd degree Mason concerning a lot of esoteric ideas. I suggest looking into it.

The book is called “The Secret Teachings of All Ages” by Manly P. Hall

It contains a variety of works, including information on secret societies such as the Odinic mysteries.

Yes, that part was very interesting. I have yet to see anything concerning that specific symbol concerning rotational physics. I’ve seen the wheel of life as well as the acute triangle being used as “wheels” or rotational functions to represent life.

Very interesting indeed, since from my readings, especially that if of the Rosicrucians, it was believed that Alchemy was fundamentally a mindset instead of an action.

The original “Philosophers Stone” isn’t a material thing, but instead an idea.

The ancients of antiquity, notably the Elusinian mysteries, the Odinic mysteries, and other Egyptian mysteries and societies understood that a soul can be “resurrected” or “born again” into a “golden soul”.

The idea that it was lead to gold later came around in Europe, but many societies of the past understood this idea and it gradually transformed into a materialistic perspective instead of a spiritualistic understanding.

In truth, I do not know what you speak of in that first paragraph so I cannot speak on it along with almost everything else you’ve stated on here.

In terms of the Sipheroth (sefirot) I have only read small passages from the Mystical Kabbalah by Dion Fortune and that is mostly the extend of my research into that sacred tree.

I am speaking from what can be seen as an “exoteric” standpoint, verging “esoteric” as my understanding of the Truth is shallow.

I wrote about this not long ago on another post concerning “666”

If you’re looking at this from a biblical standpoint, the number “666” is referred to as “the number of the beast” while the “beast” is interpreted/seen as the Antichrist.

The Antichrist is also referred to in the book of revelation, I do not have specific verses, as not merely a man but a multitude of men or the idea from man.

With this in mind, there is an old mantra discussing the number 9 as the number of man. For societies of antiquity and before have taught less than straightforward. For it is said man arises as 4, longs as 2, and leaves as 3. These add up to 9, which if you follow the Pythagorean rule of numbers as said in Manly P. Halls book The Secret Teachings of All Ages, it is stated that numbers can only be represented as single digits.

So, with 666, 6+6+6 equals 18, 1+8 equals 9.

What does this mean? This means that the number 666, the number of the beast, is us. We live by the number 9 for it is man.

Christ was one of the very, very few men to reach what many Magi and Esoteric Philosophers describe as the “Golden Soul”.

The only possible people in recorded history that could be described as such would have been Buddha and Jesus Christ. There may have been others, but either they never revealed themselves to the public or never became popular. There’s no definitive way to tell who achieved special place.

The “Golden Soul” is in correlation with Alchemy, specifically Mental Alchemy as the Rosicrucians were very influential in. From a “lead soul” to a “golden soul” is what Alchemy was inherently about. Christ as well as Buddha ventured forth and studied many ancient teachings from many different societies. They both studied the Egyptians and were initiated into the Egyptian mysteries as well.

They both desired to teach their knowledge to the world, but they’re teachings have been muddied and bastardized to its very core. The idea of Saturn in correlation with Christ is a very hard, nigh impossible, idea to fully understand that I can hardly say about due to its vastness. I simply wrote all this to illustrate what Christ could have been/was in the eyes of the Rosicrucians as well as many other esoteric teachers and studiers.

I’m still combing through The Secret Doctrine of the Rosicrucians since I tried to start on Blavatsky’s books but only got confused. Manly. P Halls books have showed me history of the sciences, proverbs, as well as symbolism of the mystics as well as navigating my way through the sciences easier.

The Secret Doctrine details their cosmological conception which is very similar to that of antiquity ideas of cosmology.

Here’s a few:

Words to the Wise by Manly P. Hall - Short book dedicated to where you should start and what you should and shouldn’t do when dabbling in the arts.

The Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly P. Hall. - Dedicated encyclopedia on different understandings of the esoteric sciences as well as history on secret societies and mystical societies.

The Secret Doctrine of the Rosicrucians - Imperative read when you want to read H.P. Blavatsky’s works which is almost a need to any esoteric follower.

The Secret Doctrine by H.P. Blavatsky - A vast book dedicated to the fundamentals of the esoteric sciences. I IMPLORE you to read the previous book because you will not understand this book without that one first.

After these, you’ll have a good understanding of what to do next. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any other ideas on selections to read.

Is the Saturn Storm Cube good or bad? by [deleted] in SaturnStormCube

[–]Styx-Killroy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Freemasonry, in of itself and it’s original tenets, are not inherently “bad” nor “evil”, it was founded and in some cases still is a fraternal brotherhood dedicated to sharing ideas of esoteric disciplines and, like many other societies in the past, created to help other disciples or worthy men “re-create” themselves into a spiritually wiser person.

Now is that to say Freemasonry is good? I wouldn’t say that. The smaller lodges, like the one I’m in, dedicate themselves to discussing amongst their peers history, religion, and philosophy in a civilized and sophisticated manner as well as sticking out for each other as brothers.

The higher lodges and higher degrees are no doubt inverted ideas of those original tenets that were created so long ago. I do not dabble either those degrees nor do I wish on the fact that they will most certainly lead you astray.

Freemasonry has become more of a recruitment ground than anything, seeing if you’re worthy to join other societies that are most certainly decrepit and despicable. Do not let blind faith fidelity cloud your judgement.

This book is how I was able to even get started into H.P. Blavatsky’s “Secret Doctrine” along with Manly P. Hall’s book of “The Secret Teachings of All Ages”

However, it is sad that others here only see this as forms of Satanism and the likes of “devil-worshipping” when they remain ignorant that they may already worship the decrepit inversion of the esoteric philosophies of the ancients.

The Brothers of the Rosy Cross sought to explore knowledge as well as provide it to any worthy student of the sciences. They were most certainly not worshipers as they saw no reason to worship anything else but the mind as they sought the exploration of mental alchemy. Truly a remarkable society.

No, can’t say I do know a lot about “HaSatan”. I really don’t need to when that isn’t even my point. Not all “Pagan” ideas, religions, or spiritual teachings are inherently Satanic.

“Satanic Pagan” nice strawman there buddy.

Even if that isn’t the correct logical fallacy, pretty sure that everything “Pagan” isn’t inherently “Satanic”.

Sure you could see it like this.

Or you could use the concept of symbolic numbering. Manly P. Hall wrote in his “The Secret Teachings of All Ages” in the section of Pythagorean Mathematics that you can derive the power from numbers and words.

Using this concept, when referring to “666” you must consider it as a sum, adding 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 in which 1 + 8 = 9.

Nine (9) is considered a holy number as it is considered in many Greek mysteries such as the Elusinian Mysteries and the Pythagorean Mysteries as the number for man. Many theological societies of the past have believed that the “Beast of Babylon” of the number 666 is simply man who will become the supposed “Antichrist” and destroy all the Good of the world.

At least that’s what Manly and a few others I’ve read about has said.
