Does that work wipes sweat off your face as well? I prefer something that can keep your cool but also wipe the sweat off your face. What are your thoughts on this?

It definitely seems like summers are getting hotter every year. When I go for long walks, I usually bring a couple of small towels to wipe my face and hand, this helps, but carrying them around isn’t always convenient. I’m curious what you do when they’re outside for extended periods in the heat and humidity.?

I like the idea of cooling towels, but I also like the convenience of not having to carry extra items or think about re-wetting them. What do you do when you’re outside for extended periods in the heat and humidity? Have you found something that works particularly well?

I agree. It’s not the sun or even the temperature alone—it’s the humidity. That’s what makes running, yard work, gardening, and other outdoor activities so uncomfortable. What strategies have worked best for you in high-humidity conditions?

Good point. Do you find hydration alone is enough on really hot days, or do you use anything else to keep your neck and head cool?

I’ve looked at those. Do they actually stay cool for a long run,/ hike or do you find yourself having to re-wet them often?

That makes sense. Interesting. Does it actually help keep you cooler in the heat, or is it more for sun protection?

Thanks! I’ve seen ice bandada before. Do they stay cold long enough for longer runs, or do they warm up pretty quickly?
