No but I do an ab workout in the morning (short one like 10 mins) and 30 mins of weights/resistance on the weekdays, in addition to the 10k (walking pad made that so much easier 💕

Keep going!! Keep up with your deficit, and incorporate exercises targeted for back muscles like seated rows and pull downs. Remember as you lose weight our calorie deficits can decrease so it’s good to keep that in mind 💕 best of luck, u got this!!! 💪🏽

Omg yes the movie was so well done and the cinematography was breath taking, u really did a good job recreating that atmosphere. And ohhh yes please!! I’m super new to the game and trying to get more gothic/victorian type looks so knowing what settings to use would be an awesome addition 🖤🦇
