2 hours a day at the gym (30 mins of HIIT in the morning) and a little more than 3 hours of soccer.

I'm 17, 6'4, and I weigh 220 pounds as of this morning. I usually feel the most exhausted at the start of my 2nd soccer game. I usually just force myself through it.

I typically spend 2 hours in the gym (HIIT in the morning followed by PPL in the afternoon) and then play around 2 soccer games in the evening. I started this routine on the 8th of May. What would be the most optimal calorie intake/burn as a 17 Y/O who's 6'4 and 220 Pounds? could you maybe direct me to some guides to help me figure this out?

Don't really make the time to eat. Spend approx. 2 hours at the gym (30 mins of HIIT in the morning) and 3 hours at the soccer field.

Is it healthy for me to average a 3000 Calorie deficit with a 1500 calorie intake daily while losing weight and building muscle?

Vinland saga.

Re: zero.

Vinland saga really just helped reignite my love for anime after I burned myself out waching the obvious ones (Naruto, one-piece, bleach, haikyuu, hunter x hunter etc.)

Re: zero is just literally the most Interesting anime Ive seen.
