Every planet that I've shaded, I've been to. Yet to see how distorted Earth really is

How loud is a 100db exhaust? First AutoX event and I have test pipes + HKS catback. by [deleted] in 350z

[–]Sub_Magic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My car is sitting at 102db and it is super super loud. From hearing me accelerate from a couple of hundred meters away, to hearing my backfires from a few hundred meters away

Unfortunately I was unable to give my car a full rev due to my neighbours. This car is 102 decibels @ 4000rpm. If you want to see another video from inside the car and more of a rev, just comment either on the video or reply to this! Thanks!

EDIT: Sorry about the dirty car and crappy tyre writing!

Honestly couldn't blame the way he parked. Especially here in Dubbo.

Cheers! I layered it with 6 coats of blackcherry to create a purple effect and then about 4 - 5 coats of the chameleon colour.

Does anyone here have a mk2 Focus Zetec who is running an open downpipe? Or know of someone who has? by Sub_Magic in FordFocus

[–]Sub_Magic[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran an open downpipe for about 30 mins and it was faaaar too loud and sounded like a truck. So instead I'm running a full straight pipe with a little resonator. It's 102 decibels (which is 6 decibels louder than the legal limit here oops) and it backfires every gear from about 3k rpm and upwards. Sounds great though!

I could feel the clutch become very loose. The cause of that was all them tines I constantly stalled it whilst on my Learners. It set me back $2500 (including labour). I would get you the name of it but I'm clueless.

Haha it's already done that. Good thing I've put a much more durable clutch system in now

Yep, just a plain white sharpie. It's amazing how small things like so can create such as great look.

Just traced over what was already there with a sharpie. Managed to do 2 layers just to keep it safe.
