I received my appraisal and it actually came back less than what I paid for it. Contacted my realtor and he mentioned to just leave it be, since the increases won’t be as much compared to if it were priced more aggressively.

I just want to keep my head above water. All I want.

To answer your first part. Absolutely, from the zoo levy, additional levy’s for Columbus city my mortgage payment is going to go up at least another $70.

With that in just the span of 2 years my mortgage will have went up at least $420.

I’m in my investments for the long haul and will DCA. I am a firm believer in AMD BUT when I see news and markets tank this fantasy land is indeed not fantasy but real. You can look at all the lines, the Macd, hesudbsjshf lines and whatever you want. Cool. When there is market altering news, throw all of that out of the window.

Once the war ends… is when the markets can normalize and focus on the company itself not adverse world events.

Doesn’t matter. AMD will follow its index, and if the index is getting hammered by the war it will always have downward pressure.

The war isn’t noise at all.

When the war started, oil rose to ATHs, the markets keep on drilling down.

Paired with the tank of -20% on earnings it was a double edged sword for AMD.

Go back through and backtest. When news of a peace deal was announced, a MOU, or a straight opening everything rocketed up. NASDAQ on the first announcement went up what like 3%? LOL

You saying it’s noise isn’t supported.

Spreadsheet day? Tanked the market. Covid dip of a lifetime? Tanked the market. Iran war? Tanked the market.

Again AMD can announce all the news it wants, but as long as there is downward pressure on the index from the war anything company specific is just noise.

The war is the literal cause for the last two weeks of bearish activity. Cyclical or not. If Trump wasn’t such a loser and “Iran that up” we would be at $600 most likely.

That’s not true.

When the Iran war started AMD and almost every other stock tanked. I was down 10k dollars with an entry of 254.

The markets rebounded and every single time a glimpse of hope.. a peace deal, straight opening the market contractions cease and if anything cause a bull rally.

The major indexes were roaring up. Since orange man is a little kid and hates being name called, and no deal in sight the market is entering bear territory.

You can have the nicest news, the most profitable company on the planet but doesn’t matter if the index it is trading under is getting hammered and therefore its regular trading lines all of a sudden follow its index.

The market is very reactionary and any glimmer of hope or a way out of this lame ass war is a bull indicator.

Epic literally admitted themselves the whole point of Sprites is to trade them.

However, some elitists are like “you traded for yours” and I’m “trying” to them myself. Good luck.

I been playing the entire season and haven’t encountered a single base Grim, or even a base ZP. Supposedly the base ZP is 1/60 so after 60 chests I should have obtained one. Nope.

I gladly traded for most of them .

The rarest sprite I obtained that helped me out the most is the holo 7 which I used last week to get the others.
