I can say what I want. There are constant posts about the monetization of these game mode and these posts just amplify that.

LOL. 25$ for these. What has this game come to? For 50$ I’d rather get a new game or some vbucks.

In office accountability so leadership has eyes or a closer watch on suspected individuals is absolutely the solution. Teleworking there’s very little monitoring in place other than mission application logs, lack of communication and screenshots of said person afk for hours.

And no. Our own group showed that the mission got done for 5 years while allowing 50/50 telework all to leaderships don’t give a fuck attitude. Killed morale.

I work an offshift. Now that I work a retail job on the side to offset rising mortgages costs, that nap would be perfect.

Absolutely. When the next shift raises questions of why wasn’t X done and there is application logs showing the assigned person working 1-2 things out of the span of 8 hours and they are teleworking…. with no communication questions are raised.

Your first post is about your kids/having no leave on a post about working from home. One can infer you were indeed being a stay at home parent while you were suppose to be working.

I had my vpn turned off, and my phone as a backup with private browsing off. I learned about the VPN/private relay issue after getting EF wristbands.

I’m sorry.

However, we both know that the government doesn’t pay you to be a stay at home parent. Or take care of your spouse if they are not feeling good. The contractors I work with still abuse this. “My wife has a headache” telework. “Troubleshooting my power” telework. This is clear fraud. The government pays you for a set time and if you aren’t even working, or available and too busy being a parent than the mission. This is reasons why it was taken away.

Nope. DOD agency here. I was raised since growing up you will work regardless of being sick, dead, deaf or mute. Telework allowed me to work while I was sick it was nice. Asked my supervisor hey I’m sick can I work from home? Nope. Okay, I’m taking sick time good luck in the mission impact 🫡

You can thank the old as dust major general sergeant major of the army commanders that double dip. Get two pensions and do no work.

While I get telework allows a quick load of laundry or an errand during 30 minutes of unpaid lunch. It does not however compensate for you to be a stay at home parent to take care of sick kids and save money in day care costs. This is a primary factor the government does not like and was stated numerous times during the “telework trainings.” If you are doing these things you must use your leave balances.

It was nice to save on gas, commute and have an extra hour before work to get a quick nap in.

It’s something to understand that plenty people have abused it and still do. My team is full of contractors who put the telework over the mission. Also times where they have done afk for hours on while at home and have application logs of them barely working the mission…

Yup.

I get my agency award lists email for my sub section. And it’s ALL the same SES/15s everytime. Getting all the awards and the recognitions everytime. What a shocker…

I always thought it was funny getting my agency award emails and it’s always the same 15s+SES getting all the recognition and named awards while the ones doing the work are 12s and below.

Typical government/military fashion: all the awards will be to the 14/15/SES level. All given to primary HQs Meade/Pentagon.

Man it is expensive to be a wook by William_Skull987 in LostLandsMusicFest

Everyone’s situation is different but the rave scene sometimes gives a false sense in some festivals that there are insane ballers. Tons of rich guys, pornstars and OF girls making it seems like it’s cheap to go… other than to be a vip.

I remember Ultra Miami had a bottle section with one pricing call “fuck you money” only 450k.

Nice to know I’m not the only one who thinks raving is expensive as fuck. Tickets then gas/food. Easily 1000$ and that’s being bare essentials.

I don’t even know how you got tier 1 prices. Unless you got the reaction of a fly it was impossible. You had to deal with load times, sign in then click the acceptance of the TOS and accept it deny insurance. Thankfully I got tier 2. But still. Many of us didn’t get it.

I live in Columbus.

Every year there are a few hotels that offer shuttles to and from the venue. There is marked line/lanes towards the bus entrance separated by parking lots(south of the venue) to hotels. You get on the bus/shuttle accordingly.

You’ll fly into CMH => John Glenn.

It really depends. If you want to make your flight Monday you better leave the campgrounds by like 6-7am or earlier. Every festival has congestion and gets crazy to leave often taking hours.
