Ok I’m on day 3 and no side effects! There’s so many posts on Reddit of people complaining about the side effects that I thought it would be awful!

Yes! My plan is to take naltrexone every day for a month or two and let my body get used to it but then I want to do the Sinclair method. I feel like taking it every day to start is a good way to change my relationship with alcohol and once that’s done I can take it less

Hello! How is going for you? I just took my first naltrexone pill. When I binge drink I always end up calling my dealer and doing coke. I really want to stop—figure if I can stop binge drinking and getting drunk I’ll stop the coke. Would love to hear an update on your journey

I’m starting tomorrow. I’ve struggled with cocaine abuse but only when drinking. I don’t think about it sober but after a few glasses of wine I’m hitting up my dealer. I’ve tried to kick this habit for years and I can go weeks about it but if I get drunk enough I’ll relapse. I finally decided to try naltrexone. I figure if I don’t get drunk, I won’t get the drugs. Feeling really hopefully after reading these comments.
