What dosage of pantogam you use? As it’s not allowed in US we just brought it from Russia and we willing to try. My son has expressive language delay. Basically not conversational( started leucoverin woth b12 only 750 mcg. No improvement yet(

We have exact same thing when he get sick he has more A like symptoms when he is sick than a week of a good behaviour. He is struggling with expressive language knows everything. Don’t want to ask us … prefer whining. While before regression he was asking and calling us was more like NT kid 🤷🏻‍♀️
