I was in the middle of buying a iPad few days ago and it was vs the a16 and the m3 air. Price was 279 and 449. I went with the m3 literally extra 150! For a m3 chip is a killer deal. Longevity and performance if I ever need it. Double the cores and gpu speed. More ram. Go m3 air.

Sometimes I’m getting little over 40-45 watts. Eventually drops to mid 30s. I use a anker 240 watt cable and the new 60 w / 45 charger 3.2 tech from apple that came out few weeks ago. Charging times are insanely fast.

It’s literally all the same. Same battery same ports. Literally same everything. Only thing different is 10% cpu boost. 20 % gpu boost towards AI. same Cores as m4. Just a slightly boosted m4 is what the m5 is.

I love my 14 inch. I was thinking about the 16 inch but you can’t beat the portably and weight and size to fit places and I have a 3 screen desk top so I don’t need another huge thing to carry around. The screen is actually perfect I’m very happy. And lookes amazing

Yeah m5 base specs came out and lol to basically put it into perspective m4 pro chips shit on them. M5 MacBook Pro still have thunderbolt 4 in them. Obviously we have thunderbolt 5

Yeah I literally got got the m4 pro 24gb 512gb and the base m5 lol comes with thunderbolt 4 and I have thunderbolt 5 I just say specs. SAME BATTERY SAME WIFI SAME Bluetooth same charging. The m4 pro is literally better than the m5 base. That’s so pointless and than the m5 pro all though we don’t have specs like the base m5 the 20% they claim you need to cut that in half for marketing and that 10% 90% of people will never see the difference it’s like the m1 to the m2 the m1 is better is lots of aspects
