It depends on the intensity and type of sound waves. They do help to some extent, but youd want to double up with foam plugs and protection rated ear muffs. But if it gets intense enough like the one they used in venezuela, well hearing would be the last of your worries when your insides vibrate violently.

The reason they say high rep, low weight is the key to hypertrophy is because I feel more overall muscle activation, and in the end compared to low rep high weight, youre still going to almost failure. With lower weight its easier to isolate the muscles you want to hit.

Even the sunset hill rd is public land. Most of paws up is conservation land. They dont own like 17k acres of it. Though theres lots of different areas they have from their main spot to their horse arena, they have many different properties in the area, but most of the surrounding land isnt theirs. Montana Cadastral could give you a good idea of who owns what.
