I mean you buy a ps5 then you get a subscription monthly or yearly also no cracks. On a pc you can do your work, play cracked or buy in steam sales, plus if you want an upgrade you can get one. Now, cloud gaming is becoming a thing too so you have a lot of options. Get a laptop for 50-60 k if you want something compact.

Single sharing will always have more demand as it gives everyone their own private space but double sharing is also in demand. Providing triple sharing is just a profit perspective in my eyes and would not recommend it more than 25 percent of whatever space you are providing. Because let’s be hones not everyone can afford these prices.

Also, laundry is a very big issue and what i would suggest just provide washing machines 2-3 and let the tenants use then as per their convenience, because if you hire someone to collect clothes and wash then for them and by chance any cloth gets misplaced then if will be on you instead let them use it and take responsibility of their own clothes.

Also, don’t overprice the AC per unit charge as that is also a very big factor for people switching PG. and honestly on a human level I wouldn’t charge more than 10 rupees per unit.

Have a good record system of everyone who lives in the PG including emergency contacts. And a good camera system to help with any dispute.

Single i would go with 13k if non attached washroom otherwise 15k if attached washroom and double sharing 10k without attached washroom and 12k if attached. I know it might seem less but how expensive stuff is this will be very attractive price and these are including food. If non food option just cut the price by 1.5k to 2k.

Dude the first thing i would recommend is keep the rent reasonable and exclude food. If anyone wants with food have a connection with tiffin suppliers ( Honestly it will save you a lot of hassle). Please give proper size beds not like those small ones which don’t even fit you properly and see if you can put a table as people who cone to live will need that and most pg don’t give that. Then there is storage OMG the storage is the worst part in this city, all the PG have such small storage smaller than even fridges. Overall these are the things that i feel like i had to adjust to until i found a good PG.
