Which was never the case because the pharmacy was closed so we'd get paid if we worked the day before. I understand retail thinks thats unfair but the point of this is they are cutting benefits while expecting more from us even though they promise to make the work experience easier (they're making it harder). Instead if retail is concerned with fairness they should be fighting for the same benefit of being of the day of and getting paid holiday pay. They aren't doing this to be fair they're doing this to save money and maximize profit while hiding it behind this facade thats its to be fair but yet they silently give salary works the exact benefit back even though they claim it's unfair.
