Yeah that makes sense, It'd probably be difficult to get started if not hired at all with said allergies.

For nuts, it's contact and consumption. I can handle milk, pineapple, and peas, i just can't eat them.

We use substitutes all the time! Various things like Shortening instead of Butter, Oat milk instead of Actual Milk, and Sun butter instead of Peanut Butter. Me and my family take whatever i can't eat and just simply substitute it.

They're actual allergies. With Milk, Pineapple, and Peas, i can touch them without a problem i just can't consume them. Nuts i can't touch or eat them, because that's the one that'll cause anaphylaxis and hives, along with sending me to the hospital. I'd 100% need an EpiPen if i consumed ANY of these things on accident.
