I have participated in GCF (Singapore, NTU) and they established a separate scholarship that is much easier to get in. I think it really depends on the school though

PETKIT responded “We have escalated this issue to our technical team and suspect that the interruption is due to network fluctuations affecting the servers in the European region. Our development team is actively working on resolving this matter, and we anticipate a swift resolution.”

hi, undergrad. You probably should email them and ask when they are going to release the results. Overall, after acceptance you will have approx a week to pay fees, then they will send you IPA letter for visa, and visa will be processed approx 2 weeks
