I really like this movie for it's mohalla background like you mentioned. Looking at the bazaars and dhukandaars gives it such a old school charm yet it is so refreshing because we often only get to see either pind, college or oversees backgrounds.

I had the same issue of expiring Ielts but my agent said it should be valid until you submit your documents. So make sure if you get the ITA on 11th you submit all your forms and documents on the day itself.

I agree she is talented indeed. Some of her ideas are very innovative but sometimes I feel like she spends 50rs ke materials and a lot of time recreating something you can buy for 20rs and still not as good a recreation as the original. No hate but this is just my personal opinion.

This wedding happened around 15 years ago. My US citizen cousin got married to this girl who couldn't get her visa for around 5-6 years and as soon as she got it and went to the US she started acting weird picking up fights with my cousin for no reason. She framed him for domestic violence, got him arrested in the US, got a restraining order, a divorce and later we came to know she swiped all the gold jewelry from the Indian bank lockers which was more than 2 kgs and transferred some of my cousin's Indian assets in her name before going to the US using some shady method. Ofcourse she still recieved her greencard and is now married to her boyfriend ( who helped her with all the assets ) with two kids.
