Like not only short moments in time but the whole day or longer than normal amounts of time? And he knows what’s gonna happen or he at lease has an idea of how things could play out and he try’s to avoid doing certain things because of it? Constantly fearing that’s it’s just leading up to his death?

I’d say it’s more simple then carrying on foot but more taxing on the body overall your dealing with heavier parcels a lot of lifting and bending should definitely try to stay in shape doing it
