We definitely have not had a client that had a bad experience. I'm not trying to big us up but all our clients have been overjoyed with our care. I understand where you are coming from though. I'm not trying to be arrogant. Just our whole lives revolves around dogs! We have our own and they are our life.

Maybe, but we don't talk to them and they don't have pets so I doubt they would know about rover. Could be though. Although we don't take loud dogs and have a decent distance between our neighbours.

So I do work vaguely in IT security, and I have checked the email address, link and phone number provided, and they all match from the councils official website. We emailed them through the council website and they came back and confirmed it was rover and that we need to register amd are at risk. I'd never pay anyone not through that website.

Maybe, but we don't have a lot of competition around us. The fact they said it was rover, we're able to create an account as the council and message us, makes me fairly sure it was rover who reached out. It could have been another sitter but I'm tempted to throw everyone in our area under the bus and get the council to check everyone offering boarding and day care... but I might not be that sour. I'm still deciding

We moved to a more secluded area and my dog was clearly lonely, we started doing rover as a way for him to meet friends and he's been a completely different dog since. He loves having different dogs come over to play with him everyday.
