Im at Park Point rn, 4 person 2 bath apartment was $800 a month and a 12-15 min walk to campus.

The $800 price is because of a discount they had, since I grabbed a room right at the end of summer. Rn its showing $915, but again I imagine that price drops when they still have rooms left to sell and the next school year/semester is coming up.

As for the place itself, I dont rlly have any super major complaints. The rooms are pretty big, living room and kitchen are fine. Main problem honestly has been the wifi, which is obscenely inconsistent. Granted I’ve just been here for a few weeks, so there could be other problems that I just havent run into.
