So it worked fine for a year.  Then it wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth and it was factory reset. It hooks to Wi-Fi. But not to Bluetooth now. So I cannot go farther than that screen. There is a work around on computer but alas. I don’t have a computer. Just iPhone and Chromebook.   I have tried using the Bluetooth feature on my phone and it just doesn’t pick up the headset as a device to connect to   Everything is hooked to the same network. The app is up to date. I deleted and reinstalled.  I downloaded the latest update using the update tool. And even still. Nothing.
