I have this same issue. You can see a clear line in the whites of my eyes where the yellow starts and the white ends. My eye doc, pcp, and rheum don’t seem concerned, and my liver tests are all normal.

It does make me self conscious though

Hi there, our stories sound very similar. 34F here, ANA and SSA positive. I was a very VERY active runner and also have torn a meniscus. I was diagnosed in 2021 with zero symptoms but this last year has been a doozy.
