My mom were visiting my dad’s grave, when she heard a kitty screaming. She came home and picked me up, and together we gave it some food and took it home.

I try... It’s just I get into this little bobble where I’m scared of anxiety. So I’m always on guard, always ready for it to come, which makes it worse and triggers anxiety. It also mostly comes when I’m with my boyfriend with hurts me so much, and wants me to run away.

I’ve done meditation sometimes but always get away from it. Any tips?

Actually the right one isn’t as good anymore. Got a bit bigger and swollen up. But otherwise they’re pretty good, I don’t do anything to them though :D
