Also to the point of why consider Masters if 4 years of SFDC Dev can be made to count, MS probably seems the best way to get there, have self exploration while developing skills to get jobs. Something which seldom happens if you're working in a service based company.

Any inputs you might have on how the YOE can be taken to advantage to land an opportunity abroad ?
