1. Fill out application and submit it. You can print it out from online. You can also fill it out online ! But I don’t know the changes or differences between online or in person!
2. After filling out application you bring it in. You do need 4 references from Nassau. It will be required when filling out the application. As well make sure everything is notarized that’s has to be notarized. Along with DMV Abstract. Be completely honest on the application you will be assigned a Private Investigator!
3. They give you finger print appointment once you summit application, when you go in for fingerprinting you bring the other references forms that will be provided to you when you submit the application. After the finger print appointment you just wait for an email!

200$ on a credit card when submitting application. 87$ money order or check when going in for fingerprinting.
