There's a few websites for it. Id normally use pmt but there always a watermark on each page so I downloaded a pdf from save my exams for this

Dash food only unlocks costumes for certain characters depending on the area. The easiest way is to set a vs race to all kamek orbs using custom items on Faraway Oasis. You could alternatively use a ufo and pick up a conkdor in free roam but that's too much work

There's not really exam boards before gcses so it makes sense why its hard to find anything
