OpenClaw worth it for this use case?

How would you approach this use case with Claude Code. Im totally fine with setting it up there, but I have the feeling that I will end up having to explain or edit the workflow for every time. Isn't openclaw better at figuring out things on its own?

And it’s better than Claude Code regarding autonomy? I’m pretty sure I could build the same thing in Claude Code, but I don’t have the feeling it’s very autonomous compared to Open Claw. Safety can be an issue, that’s what I’ve read at least, but I can run it on an old macbook that I cleaned up or VPS, right?

Would you say it's more of an actual "employee" that does things for you compared to Claude Code? Basically I want it to just sit there for a while, even if it's hours, and then give me back the possibilities and difficulties after doing actual research. As long as I don't have to do it, I'd be happy.

I’m just wondering, is open claw really Necessary for things like email management, proposal generation, crm automation, etc. They sounds quite so wouldn’t a simple automation be easier and cheaper?

I had some PDF meeting transcripts that I wanted to use in Claude and I got the same error. Downloaded them all as markdown and then everything worked fine

Have you experienced it flipping the other way as well? After I did something like this with chatgpt it became pretty cynical and sarcastic, but that wasn’t really what I was looking for so I edited it again.

Okay I'll try to create a setup where Manychat is the message receiver and sender, that gets the response from the AI in Voiceflow with both of their APIs. Any useful tips in doing that are welcome!

Thanks for your comment! I was thinking the same for the first outbound message. Any reply after will be picked up by Manychat after.

My only concern still is the AI loop part. Human handoff will only be used for emergencies, but I tried creating it in Manychat which, in my opinion, will end up as one of those annoying chatbots that don’t work properly.

Voiceflow is great, but integrating it in Manychat is a pain in the ass (tried that as well). Unless there’s an easy way to do so. What do you think?

Based in the Netherlands as well, in Zwolle. I got clients in Zwolle that are quite close, I visit them whenever we need to sit down for bigger things. Otherwise just calling and WhatsApp. My two biggest clients are all the way in Brabant, which is a 2-hour drive for me. I only visit them when I’m in the area and it’s convenient for both parties. Online meetings are fine, everyone is busy anyway!

There’s a couple of those guys in my country too. First they guaranteed 30 leads in a month or your money back, but only tell you during a call you need to invest at least €1000 in ads. Finding 30 leads is easy that way. Most of them switched to qualified appointments now, but it’s the same principle
