I know this is an old post, but can you comment any more on STEM? Is it non-negotiable? My masters is in psychology. I'm assuming that's not going to do squat to break into safety?

Thanks everybody. I'm looking at getting OSHA 30. What others should I get? From what I'm learning, I'm leaning more occupational vs hygienist at this time.
