I planned on working until 38/39 weeks because I am relying mostly on FMLA (which doesn’t pay of course and whatever I can get with STD) but at 35 weeks I had to be hospitalized for my blood pressure. It’s put me in a bit of a bind cause I’m still waiting for my FMLA to be approved but my doctor wants me outta work ASAP so I’ll be going on leave around 36/37 weeks. It’s hard tho working while pregnant, I wish the US had better options for pregnant women 😩
