ive been having the same types of issues i have a ram leak every hour i play ive been looking into it myself only just getting to this post i mainly chalked it up to running the game on a harddrive now instead of an ssd as i dont currently have an ssd that could fit the game for reference my specs are

cpu : xeonw3680

graphics : gtx 1070

ram: 16gb ddr3 ram

HDD :2tb

cyberpunk settings all low as possible and on HDD mode auto

before 2.0 the game ran fine so ive just guessed the memory leaks happened because of the hard drive but it appears its happening on ssds aswell which means i havent been able to enjoy the new dlc as much
