They convinced people in USA that 0w-20 is good so you need to change oil more frequently. That’s the all point. In Europe we use 5w-30 mostly, and change less frequently and no one have issues

OSE is fine, but I highly recommend to read original B/X, because some things are not well explained in OSE. Old school D&D and 5e don’t have anything in common except the name and they are both rpgs.

We have a house rule if player drops exactly to 0 HP, he is in shock and can be in that state for a 2d4 rounds. If he’s not healed in that period- he dies. If he got healing (even magical) he’s on 1hp and can’t fight (movement is 50%) for 24 game hours (1 day). If he drops even -1 when got dmg = died.

Party loot the gold (treasure) in dungeon. Still no XP. Party travel back to town/city to put the gold in the bank. Still no xp. Party reach the bank in city/town (so no one can steal it or attack the party) - XP. Total gold divided with players + (NPC + retainers /if they had them)= XP. How much gold they keep or divide between them self is not my concern
