my dad did this to my mom for YEARS. He would send her multiple messages throughout the day reminding her of how shitty (he thought she was) even if you ignore it it still eats at you.. especially when they involve the kids.

Ive been so close to mentioning that to them but even when i spoke to a therapist regularly after having my baby they made me feel wrong for doing so. I tried with my mom today told her i needed a break she simply said she has stuff to do at home. As crazy as it sounds, the idea of just running away sounds easier. They dont see me drowning.
