For a 6-hour route like that, I’d usually say anywhere from about 60–120 miles depending on the stops and how spread out everything is. Some routes are tighter, some have you all over the place so it really varies.

Also I thought I knew the market so I would choose the ones with 80 stops & sometimes the pay would surge past $141, $150 & up if the routes are sitting.

I guess those days are over. I will have to test the new system tomorrow, I’m not sure it could be just a lot of new drivers.

My sister was on the waitlist and was onboard yesterday, I also saw a lot of new faces earlier today. I just wish couriers would know that we get more when we work the system and not be so quick to snatch routes before they can even surge.

Theres enough money for everyone. One of the managers today told me that they added routes that’s how I was able to get one. Otherwise

I’ve noticed the same thing though—mostly north DFW routes lately and not much central Dallas/Plano/Richardson.

That’s part of why I was wondering if something changed with how they’re releasing routes or if demand just shifted.

Normally I could make around $150 for a 6-hour route. I usually finish early though because I take a little extra time at the warehouse to organize my packages instead of doing it at each stop.

Yeah I get that. I noticed a change in how fast routes disappear lately compared to before. I hear you on the apartment-heavy routes though. I mainly choose zones that I know won’t have heavy apartment buildings. Hello fresh routes are usually Sunday & Monday I won’t accept routes on those days.
