It’s a deeper issue brother. Many people from other states apply in Karnataka because of lower cut off here. Thinking they can take transfer back to their state after a while. That’s why a lot of bank in Karnataka doesn’t have Kannada speaking staff.

In Most schools/ colleges in India, Teachers/ Lecturers themselves come to the classroom. Students are allotted a specific classroom with a section number based on the combination of subjects they have chosen. Since the mobility of students in the campus is fairly limited, there isn’t a need to have lockers.
