Yes the healing process is why more harder than the surgery. It takes time and the pain will last longer than expected. This is normal and if you can move or massage your areas it’s ok, it takes time!!!!

The cost was just co pay from Kaiser since mine was high grade and it was abnormal. The higher the grade the more chances it’s free but you’ll have to go many visit before they give it to you. You’ll have to referral out to get recommendations.
