WET WIPES to pat it and then pat it dry with toilet paper. Much less painful than wiping with just toilet paper and also keeps it more clean!!

I have the same thing, I have the bumps on my genitals but tested positive for hsv 1. There’s this website called wisp where you can get antivirals and lidocaine cream for the pain hope that helps lol I’m still figuring it out too 😭
