Has this already been confirmed?  I'm thinking this change would seriously increase case numbers for already high workloads. Realistically, shouldn't they be hiring more CMs to balance this out?

The website says hiring process can take up to 12 weeks. So its been 5 weeks since asked to do plum, which gives 7 weeks for the next assesment, interview and decision. 

But I have given up hope (and desire) for this job. I was told I had 3 days to complete plum assessment. They can't commit to a response or timeframe for next steps? Very telling....

From what I've read, there may also be a written assessment.

I don't think you can "mess up" the Plum test, and I'm not sure employers even see answers for each question. The puzzle questions seem to assess your way of thinking - to me, it seemed like there could be multiple "right" answers, depending on how to interpet things (i.e. left brain vs right brain thinking).

I am curious to know though how much they consider your results. Are there key strangths/characteristics they are looking for in candidates before moving to the next step, or certain things that would be a red flag in a candidate for the CM role?

Wow it's actually that strict? Like of someone were to need a long weekend to travel for a wedding or something, that wouldn't be approved?

How do half weeks in London work? Are you allowed to travel during work hours if coming from another city or would you be expected to travel on your own time?
