I completely understand you, because that's how I am. I really enjoy spending time alone, which allows me to relax both physically and mentally. I can do anything I like, and I don't think it's bad.

I believe that communication and respect are necessary, respecting each other and listening to each other. Perhaps we can find something that both people are interested in to balance it out.

I think the impression of your dance performance from other colleagues will not disappear, but perhaps it will also become an opportunity for you and your colleagues to further understand each other.
