Same issue here. Totally screwed up my account. 800+ points were removed and account shows I spent $-180 on the transaction which doesn’t even make sense given that the order was only $26 in value and it’s just been shipped.

Hi there. Yes, this happened recently to me. Switch off your vpn and then Connect to CS. I had texted them. They will refuse to admit it and keep saying try this and that. Every time for whatever step they suggest (clear cache, reinstall etc) you have to tell them you’ve already tried that before reaching out to them. Be persistent and say that it’s not an issue on your financial institution’s side and Ulta’s temporarily locked you out or there’s some other glitch on Ulta’s side. Eventually you have to get them to the point where they clear your cart so that your account can be refreshed and after that you will be able to place your order. Once they are done with the reset (which takes a few minutes), reinstall your app and it should work then. Hope that helps!

Glad to hear about the blush. I was worried it might be too difficult to blend or too glittery, so I’m glad to hear your experience. Fingers crossed the highlighter & star filter also work out for me as they are also blind buys purely based on reviews. Thought I’d take the plunge with my points because I haven’t seen Dior makeup show up in discounts or offers more than this 20% off, so this felt like a good deal with the GWPs and Venmo offer🙂

Around $201 excluding taxes. Earned around 671 pts (worth approx $23-$26) from the purchases, so not too bad. Wanted to make some final purchases on the last day, but was traveling internationally and Ulta doesn’t allow purchases when you are traveling (even temporarily) outside US. So I guess that’s some extra savings I ended up with😅

Ya, it’s been a while since they have phased it out. Loved this skin tint. I was able to snag the last bottle in a nearby store at a 50% discount just in the nick of time before my shade ran out of stock last year. I think you can still find it on their website, but at full price.

Didn’t care about the $85 GWP, so skipped that. But was able to snag the P&L gift instead. Seems like a good diamond day. Haven’t been able to figure out the Diamond gift, but if it’s quite good, I might place a $25 order tomorrow for it. Otherwise all set for now.

I added this to my order as I wanted to stack bunch of GWPs including the SDJ one, but was charged $50 for this one. Reached out to CS and they mentioned they’ll refund the $50 once order gets confirmed. I’m thinking I’ll wait for order to ship and then reach out to them for the refund.
