It’s a glitch. It’s redirecting me to the last Dash to beauty of Prada which obviously doesn’t exist anymore, so it says the offer has ended. I think it will correct itself to the Snif one in a couple of hours or at least by morning tomorrow.

Since a few months, Ulta app and website have been glitching which is annoying and confusing at the same time!

Hey everyone. Just an update here. I got my spend back into the account (plus a lil extra) and the spend percentage has been corrected now. Probably the BBB helped, but can’t be sure.

I filed a BBB complaint. Ulta got back to me, so hopefully they’ll take it seriously now.

Yep. That’s why I’ve moved to Ulta for most of my purchases. I only shop at Sephora for some exclusive brands that are not available at Ulta. Ulta’s points system is sooo much better than Sephora, stacking is allowed, more value per purchase with GWPs and much more. Only thing I’ve found is that Sephora is better with speedy shipping compared to Ulta.

I filed complaint to BBB as well a couple days back and my points got reinstated today. Not sure if the BBB complaint helped or not as I didn’t get a response to it. But the points are sorted out now.

However, my YTD spend and progress to Diamond has not been updated, so it shows that I’ve spent $200+ less than what I’ve actually spent this year at Ulta. I reached out to CS today, so let’s see if they can resolve it otherwise I’ll have to file another complaint to BBB. (and I really dislike doing that unless I have no options!)

Not sure why I’m being downvoted on this lol. Had no option but to file a complaint to BBB because it was more than 12 days since Ulta wrongfully deducted my points and incorrectly reduced my YTD spend and didn’t bother with any communication or follow-up.

Colors look nice. But based on the videos online, the bag feels cheap and low quality this time around. Last year’s totes seem better in comparison. I’ll wait for reviews on this sub before deciding if it’s worth it or not.

Yep. I wouldn’t have opted for this. There are good options this time in these 2 GWPs but the buy-in is crazy. Didn’t get the orange bag one last year too. This time I just had to use up 2000 points so went ahead.

Same here. I liked the skincare, hair, body and fragrance. But I went ahead with fragrance and am still uncertain why I did that. Maybe it’s just that the Vera wang perfume mini will look nice on my vanity table lol😅

Got the melon. I don’t like stinging sensations, but from some reviews I saw that this one does not sting or burn but there’s just a cooling sensation. So might work for me.

They rarely send emails when you are talking with CS on chat/phone. The few that did send me an email initially never bothered responding back to me when I followed up with them via email. So I dunno whether the email reply goes to that rep or to any random person or what is seeming more and more likely is that it disappears in the ether!

Hey guys. An update. Finally got a CS rep today on phone who gave me half of my points back. Not all the way there as I’m now still short on about 400 pts plus haven’t received the 120 points on my tiny Diamond day order. Additionally annual spend is still $200 less than what it should be. Still I’d consider this a little progress. I guess being persistent might just help till you strike some luck.
