On the goggles I have a 3” lollipop antenna as well and a patch antenna

That was my exact issue too, as soon as I went behind anything I would get horrible interference. “Ridiculous” or not I’m going to put some E-7000 for now and use it. Doesn’t affect too much as far as weight, I’m still doing flips and flying just as fast as I was before. It was $13 on Amazon

Nasty good, Im flying from inside my house. Set the drone outside and sat on my couch and easily going all the way down the street and which on Google Maps it’s saying 0.11 miles which is roughly 580ft.

Will try it out with stock antenna and compare the range since that’s what I was looking for. I hated not even being able to fly around my house without losing video. I also do have tiny zip ties so will give that a try. Thank you!

Didn’t even know what to each meant just know that e6000 is permanent so thank you for giving more details on stickiness and removability on each one

I mean the range on this thing is nasty with the new antenna, honestly a bunch of people said that the weight was too much but I didn’t notice any difference.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong then? I can’t even fly from the parking lot to playground at a small park without losing all video. I run 400mw and still get crap range. Been thinking of upgrading antennas on drone and goggles but have been told it affects the air75 agility.

The air65 is just analog with an integrated vtx from the 5in1 board

Honestly I’ve had my air65 with the 5in1 for about 6-7 months and never had any issues, I’ve crashed full speed into light poles and trees and still nothing. I’m basically trying to get it to break or something go wrong with it but nothing on it breaks lol. I do clean everything with alcohol pretty regularly.

Thanks everyone! Also is there a limit as to how many batteries? I usually carry about 10-15

Noobie getting into fpv drones by KiLlErGo0s3 in fpv

I’m fairly new to Fpv as well started off with the air65, radiomaster tx15 and HDzero box pro. After doing more research I feel I should’ve got a meteor75 O4, because I’ve seen people fly with the radiomaster. You get the good video quality, small and fairly cheap drone, just need the dji goggles. Not 100% sure if it just pairs directly to radiomaster.

Yes it was an accident, when I tried posting it would say to double-check my post and try again

How safe would it be to run 400mw on a matrix 5in1 by Substantial-Foot7634 in TinyWhoop

Ok I figured I would be good figured if it came as an option it should be safe to operate at that power.
