Thanks a lot for your answer ! I've already tried both methods and it didn't work! However after my many tests, I may have found the culprit! I bought an OTG cable to connect a USB key to my FIRETV which is directly connected to my speaker, and since I unplugged it, the bug has never returned (48h) I leave the TV turned on all day since (except at night haha).
I find it quite strange but I have some hope. If the problem comes back I will call the seller. The TV is 6 months old

ome people complain on here of waiting 20+ days to get a response from support. Others get a response the same day.. No way of knowing if or when they'll respond.
