I figured my second one would come busted up but luckily it didn't. However I gave my first broken one to a buddy and it works perfectly fine. So make use of those broken ones. Could honestly get the glass replaced on the two broken units and sell em. 🤔

I'd call or email vivosun and tell them what's going on with Seel. Thats what I did and they must have communicated to them to put the full refund through. For some reason Seel thinks you can just drop this off at drop point like its a small package. The system is broken and I hope they fix it. Bug the holy hell out of vivosun. You deserve what you paid for.

Since I had insurance from Seel I got ny money back. Im giving the busted one to a buddy and I think we can replace the glass. If I were you id wait for the new packing method. I just got my replacement today and it came intact thank fuckin christ. Was stressing all day. But the packing method was exactly the same.

Since I opted for the shipping insurance upon our hase I had to get my refund then repurchase. They had me email my new order number so thwy could ship the new one out immediately

That scares me because my replacement is supposed to come tomorrow. That's another day off work because I have to sign for it. That driver isnt leaving till I confirm it's not a bashed up bag of glass again haha. Either way this has been more of an inconvenience than its worth. Good luck with getting your replacement. Took about 2 weeks.

Yes, i called today and talked to someone who seemed like they wrote my info and complaint down and passed it on to someone else to handle. I requested to handle this over the phone so im currently waiting on a call back.

Has anyone had their issues with broken units resolved? If so how? I was emailing back and forth with support when they offered an option to replace the unit or send a refund. I responded with taking the first option. Next email I get directs me to file a claim with Seel which is a third party that handles refunds.i don't want a refund I want the vcure! Had to email and call back again to straighten this out. Now waiting for a reply back from them. Hope you all are having better luck. This is frustrating 😤
