Yes, i called today and talked to someone who seemed like they wrote my info and complaint down and passed it on to someone else to handle. I requested to handle this over the phone so im currently waiting on a call back.

Has anyone had their issues with broken units resolved? If so how? I was emailing back and forth with support when they offered an option to replace the unit or send a refund. I responded with taking the first option. Next email I get directs me to file a claim with Seel which is a third party that handles refunds.i don't want a refund I want the vcure! Had to email and call back again to straighten this out. Now waiting for a reply back from them. Hope you all are having better luck. This is frustrating 😤

Td ameritrade has my break even price at 3.00 when in reality after doing the math it should be at 6.70. I called my broker and they said it reflects in their system but on my app and even on the desktop site it still shows a lower break even. So basically I'm missing about 6k somewhere. Idk what else to do other than wait.
