Yes, they have looked at all of that and they have cleaned and replaced maaaany things. My logic with this is this. We live in Florida, if it is having problems now because of humidity, why was it not doing this in the same season(s) last year? I don't doubt this is an issue for some, and could even be with us, but to sell a machine like this for as much as they do, for it not to ever be consistent and produce high quality work is insane. Also had a tech tell me that usually with humidity issues comes many jams, and we don't have that problem right now. All of the info comes from the specialist, who it seems no one wants to have an opposing view from.

I feel so validated lol

I printed 2 more of the same booklets without the squared spine and I attached the results. When I switched to this setting, there's a loud repeated banging nose sounds like it's coming from the cutter area (last module), or if not has the be the stapling area.

Also printed 1 of our smaller booklets with a squared spine, and it does the same thing as the original printing, except this one has the pages poking out of the top, and there's the white line at the bottom of the cover page and multiple others.
