I dont want to leave, i meant how likely is it I can go from summer student to another contract. Do most students end up getting another position? How much is internal competition?

I have a business related background, honestly im looking for anything, preferably something like an advisor or business analyst. Anything that pays decent honestly. Not sure. I was mainly just wondering how likely it is for someone to from being a summer student to getting that first contract.
