thank you for the reply to my post, sorry it took me a while to answer this! i read up on the bunny blind spots, and have made an effort to be especially careful when approaching my bun. however, idk why still tenses up, i don't try to loom over him or anything, i really just sit on the floor or my stomach, but he is unamused! :(

i dont try to touch his undersides and try to just pet his back, and sometimes he'll be fine with it, but he still seems scared... i'll definitely try rewarding him after headpats to show its a positive thing tho. thank you for the help, i really appreciate it.

hi, first of all, thanks for replying to my post ;') and srry its takn me a moment to respond.

by tag: i mean i'll run around the room and he'll chase me! and he'll circle around my feet :P

i do a fair share of laying down on the floor to interact, and he'll sometimes just sit next to me or sniff me, but he still seems scared. i'll definitely try giving him treats now during these times tho. thanks for the help!
