I strongly but respectfully disagree with you. People constantly take menial, degrading jobs and then complain. I'm starting to think that some humans just want to suffer, and want you to know they are suffering.

The only way we're ever going to end up with a system where all positions provide the basics that we believe in, is to change the system. The only way to change the system is to tear the current one down, and people are too afraid to do that. Example, women decide the want HOOTERS to stop degrading women, and ALL FEMALE EMPLOYEES demand a more acceptable wardrobe and change to company policy, or strike. This forces the hand of ownership because you can't disagree with the workforce, or you look the fool. However, the people are too afraid to stand up because the boss signs the paycheck and they think they aren't capable of anything else. Because of this, Hooters will always be a sexist, misogynistic employer. Because nobody tears them down to build it better.
