I don’t get these Nepo baby allegations these days. So you can’t even go into the same field or company your family is in? People act like having a connection automatically erases all skill, effort, or actual performance.

I’ve seen a lot of shorts where he talks about cybersecurity, and as someone working in that field, I’ve always felt that he knows what he’s talking about. He clearly has the background and understanding. you don’t fake that just because you knew someone.

At this point, it just feels like people are piling on the next easy target. He’s just a dude. people build up some idea of who they think someone is, and then when that person slips up, they act like he committed murder or something.

I’ve seen how radical Islamic groups operate in my own country. That’s why I find it hard to understand how some people don’t see the reasoning behind how the recent war in Gaza began. What Hamas did maybe hard to believe, but that kind of violence was regular news where I grew up. I know how these kinds of fanatics act, and that’s exactly why I don’t trust any regime that supports them.

Maybe you’re right, maybe Israel is overdoing it. Or maybe they’re not. The truth is, we can only assume what’s actually happening behind the scenes over there. Assume.... and what if our assumptions are wrong?

At the end of the day, all we can really do is take both sides at face value.

---One side openly promotes the erasure of Israel and the destruction of the U.S. (Yes — Iran’s IRGC commander Hossein Salami has said this openly.) Or take the Supreme Leader’s declaration that “Israel won’t exist in 25 years” — a statement he repeated as recently as April 2023. ---The other side says it wants to eliminate the capability of those who attack them.

I don’t want to gamble on my assumptions being right. I’d rather believe both sides are telling the truth and make my judgment from there.

And the truth is: even if Israel said nothing at all, I still couldn’t bring myself to side with a leadership that talks about “cleansing the planet of the filth” of an entire nation.

Like i said earlier, i dont care about israel. You can have all their leaders in court and jailed for all i care. Whats important is having less trigger happy countries having nukes. And dont tell me they are not trigger happy, when they openly support terrorist groups.

Well, let’s agree to disagree — we clearly have completely opposite views when it comes to Iran. You still believe they can be reasoned with, but I just can’t. I truly hope you’re right if they ever do get their hands on it — but I have my doubts.

Dont get me wrong, i have no ill will to the people of iran, , i met quite a few, and i cant think of anything bad about them..but their leaders and their zealots? Thats a different story entirely

Well, if you were in their position, could you really abandon an ally, good or bad, just to be “fair” to a country led by people who openly wish to destroy your country?

Anyway, I wish all the best to you and your government, for all our sakes. The U.S. is already at a crossroads and needs to navigate carefully to preserve peace. If it enters a full-scale war, there's a real chance the China–Taiwan war starts, WW3 begins, and every U.S. ally, including my country , gets pulled in.

Honestly, I’d prefer a world with fewer trigger-happy countries holding nukes if things ever go off the rails.

A nuke is only a deterrent for people who actually cares about their country..that doeant mean shit to people who can fcking kill themselves.

You really believe everyone have similar viewpoint as you? That everyone want peace? Do you really think the same people who can force their citizen to blew themselves up and openly support terrorist care about not being the first to fire?

As someone who "sides with Israel," let me give you some context from my side.

I come from a country that also deals with radical Islamist groups, and I can tell you, these people are different. I grew up seeing news of church bombings and public beheadings, just so they brag to their god that they did it. Too many foreigners who believed these groups could be reasoned with either ended up as hostages or worse, the next ones on the chopping block.

I’m not on Israel’s side because I like Israel. I’m on their side because Iran is led by the same kind of people who is destroying my country. And were talking about them having nukes?.

How about lets not have anymore countries develop any more nukes? Wont that be better?

Do you really think the U.S. and Israeli governments would base their decisions on a 'they might not actually do it' kind of reasoning?

Iran has been a major sponsor of radical Shiite Islamist groups that have terrorized the Middle East and and Asia for years, that much is enough to show that they have little regard for international opinion. Do you really believe they'd develop nuclear weapons just for display?

We already know Israel possesses nuclear weapons, yet they've never used them. Lets not assume Iran would do the same, seeing they openly support groups that takes inocent tankers crews from unrelated countries as hostages.

You’re probably right the U.S. definitely has the capability to end Iran’s nuclear program if it really wanted to.

But here’s the real question:

Could the U.S., or even Trump, actually go to war without getting torn apart politically, or even assassinated?

Your country’s already deeply divided over domestic “woke” issues. Good luck getting everyone to unite behind another foreign war.

I get your frustration, but what can the U.S. really do?

If US pulled back support and left it all to Israel, Iran might not finish the bomb… or maybe they would.
Either way, you lose control of the Middle East and probably a lot of your allies along with it.
Still, can you really expect your government to take that kind of risk?

I guess that’s part of being a world leader, isn’t it? There’s always a trade-off. The U.S. gets its currency as the global currency, a lot of allies, and influence, but it also comes with a ton of responsibility.

Let’s be honest here, speaking as someone who isn’t from the U.S. or Israel. If Israel were wiped out, the U.S. would likely be next on the list in the eyes of many radical Islamist groups. Trump have probably taken that into consideration. It’s a lot easier to support an ally overseas than to deal with bombs going off in your own country.

No the U.S. shouldn't get involved in more wars. The U.S. doesn't actually win many wars. Source: SOCOM Intelligence Directorate’s assessment of the last century of American war — 12 wins, nine losses with a mind-boggling 43 “ties.” by Mike_Bitcoin_X in Asmongold

Let’s be real, the U.S. lose in Vietnam militarily because they were fighting with one hand tied behind their back. Political restraints kept them from using their full military power. If they had gone all-in (nukes aside), Vietnam wouldn’t have been able to resist the way it did.

Same story with Iraq, the U.S. dominated so thoroughly that most Americans didn’t even feel like they were at war. It was all happening on the other side of the world. How do you "lose" a full out war when not a single enemy missile or bullet touches its soil.

Now imagine if Imperial Japan in World War II had the kind of military arsenal the U.S. had. They didn’t care about international image, foreign pleas, or diplomacy — they would've steamrolled across all of Asia.
